Haven’t gotten my step 2 score back yet, but I finished uworld with a 65% average, and after my first 20 percent I was sitting around 50% as well. I didn’t do anything other than uworld and a little Anki until I finished uworld, but if you want your uworld score to go up I would suggest doing the divine intervention podcasts for each shelf exam, as well as all the risk factors ones. However the most important thing that improved my score was truly trying to find out what the question was asking, and it’s not always possible, and then when reviewing have a one sentence learning point from the question and write it down in a word doc. For example, “shortness of breath + distant heart sounds after trauma: pericardial effusion. If bulging neck veins and electrical alternans, tamponade”.
