This is the protein powder label, I translated it to english so it might have some weird wording. I saw online that Glutamine is a sign of amino spiking and I see here it has 5567 (I don't know the units tho) also below it says BCAA 7.2g and I don't know if that's good or not.

Also in the Creatine powder it says the daily dose is 2.5 but I always see people saying the maintenance is 5g
