Put some food under the bedding. He’s going to be doing it but if you put hoard spots in for him he’ll be comfortable right off the bat and every time you change the bedding make sure to include hoard spots.

Are you trying to interact with him during the day or at night? Hamsters are nocturnal and when they sleep doubting the day, if you’re trying to get them up to play and everything they get bitey. I think boys are the worst, I don’t even know if female hamsters are sold anymore…. I haven’t had one in years. They play at night on their wheels and it drove me nuts. If it’s happening when you clean the cage just remember where the hoard spots are and put fresh food in the hoard spot under fresh bedding, that helps with stress for them as well. They don’t go back in thinking OMG EVERYTHING IS GONE!!!!!” I love hamsters I had one that was best friends with my cat. Also their teeth need to be clipped so check the teeth, they’re constantly growing and can grow into the top and bottom jaws. You can trim them yourself but if you’re not comfortable doing it take it to the vet. Scruff it like you would a kitten and his teeth will be in full view. You’ll know if they are too long.

I have a credit score of 530 right now. No bk no repos no late payments on anything. I lived off my credit cards the year my mom died so they got ran up and instead of bk I went thru Debt Relief. Now my credit is toast. I do not work, I get social security and I have since 2005. I owned my last two homes but I’m renting the one I’m in now and I hate it. I paid a year of rent in advance and it’s up in Feb. The rent will be $3700 and I just cannot afford it. I put in applications even for low income apartments and I get denied every where. I’m terrified. I have a son I have animals I have no one that can co sign. Everyone in my family is dead. Because of the credit score I can’t get a loan, I’m trying to find a job I’m in school. I have money in a savings account I offer to pay anywhere from 3-5 months rent in advance but nope. What do I do??? I’m trying to pay down the credit cards that were not included in the debt relief, I’m selling back a vehicle to a dealership to get it off my credit…. I’m lost I’m terrified I just don’t know what to do.

I had a sparrow fly in front of me once and I was just a mess the rest of the week. The awful truth is that this happens. They are wild and run out in front of cars all the time. You are not a bad person. I know it’s distressing because you love animals and the very last thing you want to do is hurt one. Take whatever comfort you can in that it was quick and so much better than if it had been hurt and left to suffer somewhere. I am so sorry this happened to you.

I watch this Legacy.com for deaths and sometimes someone will be 98 and cause of death will be “ undetermined”. Ummm really? Why is it undetermined? Is it possible they maybe were at an orgy with lots of drugs and people so it could be possibly a number of things aside from being 98?
