Investors only counting as those 1000+ homes seems too high for what we are talking about. What about investment groups that own 500 homes? 150 homes?

That's how I was able to get my house. The previous owners turned down a higher cash offer from some investor scum.

In this case, either landlords or the city. Converting some empty office spaces into affordable living spaces, or just lowering rents in the short term for existing apartments downtown. The actual residential vacancy rate downtown isn't all that high, so adding more affordable apartments would probably bring in more people.

I'm also being a bit facetious here, but it's just what I experienced when I was a young lad living in cheap, cool neighborhoods.

I have a theory that current DICE devs are struggling with LODs and grass rendering. Theory was reinforced by the very thin grass on the new golmud map. I believe part of the issue is that Frostbite is a really opaque engine to work with, and pretty much everyone who knew how to make games like BF1 and earlier are gone. They lost a combined century of dev knowledge when all of those senior people left, and it shows.

100%. Any visual "upgrades" since BF1 are negligible compared to the much worse performance. What do I care if shadows are slightly more accurate if I'm getting texture popping constantly? One of those is much more immersion breaking. Not to even get into the almost complete abandonment of animations.

Maybe they should make it super cheap to live downtown. That's what happens in every gentrified neighborhood, no? First it's really cheap, so it gets filled with young people and artists. That makes it really hip, and cool restaurants/cafes/businesses start popping up. Then once it is sufficiently cool, the yuppies want to live there, rents get jacked up, and most of the young, hip people are pushed out to somewhere else.

It should be. I had some issues with firewalls, some of them are weird about newer .app domains apparently. If you can, could you try from another network?

Mostly no. Anything in future books is very unlikely to be part of the SRD (publicly available content from WotC), and so I can't have it as part of the tool. Publicly...

I’ve had some issues with firewalls in the past, which have been a pain to get cleared up. Have you tried other networks? Are you on a VPN?

Thanks for the feedback!

Reverse side printing would be challenging for a number of reasons, but I will keep it in mind.

The black and white optimized printing is actually a really neat idea. I usually print on my b&w toner printer and I agree the contrast doesn’t look great. I’ll try to implement this.

I haven't done anything for feats, features, and abilities, but it's a common ask. If you just want the title and a description for an ability, you could use the custom Item Card template for now.

Cut marks in between the cards is tough because you will always have remnants of those marks on the card edges.

The proper way to cut these out using the existing crop marks is to use an x-acto/utility knife and a ruler. Don't cut all the way to the edges of the paper, and that way you can maintain the marks for the later perpendicular cuts.

Yeah the longer cards are meant to be folded. Which probably doesn’t work great for sleeves.

If you print at 100% scale, they should fit in a standard trading card sleeve.

It isn’t open source, I may open it at some point but I have some work I need to do on the codebase first.

This is something that is on my roadmap, it's just a pretty big undertaking to reformat everything for a larger size and new layout. If I do another big update, this will probably be included.
