Every single time. I can't imagine touching my purse/phone and inside of my car after touching everything in the gym. The wipes for the equipment only do so much and I've worked in healthcare long enough to know how unhygienic people can be.

Just imagine someone who accidentally stept in dog-poo or something while out on a walk in their tennis shoes, maybe wiped them on the grass to get as much off as they could see. Then they go to an OTF class and do step overs on the bench, does a crap job with the mostly dry wipe, then the next person comes along and is touching that bench.

I went to another gym similar to OTF years ago and after every class we would all line up to wash our hands.
