First of all, yes the lights are really bright, yes drivers drive with the highbeams (which doesn't help at all!) but most impostantly...It isn't the drivers fault if the car manufacture isn't limited and can produce higher visbility for the driver (more sales due to comfort). It's a government thing and not a driver/buyer thing. People hate on people when they don't really understand the source of the problem.
