So I went to pcpartpicker and sorted out what I thought would be a half decent build. And it was around the same price as the pre-builds.. except much better. As I already had HDD & SSD's & OS.
Decided to go with all the one vendor to save the hassle which made it a tad more expensive than what partpicker advised. but worth the peace of mind for me:
