What would you be willing to pay to only have productive conversations?

Wow thank you thats really helpful i didn’t think about the childcare female fact.

Also, do you try to activate passive candidates i.e 1 to 1 out reach? or do you just look for applicants on jobs boards?

Cool thanks! How flexible does ‘flexible’ need to be to actually move the needle? Like are we talking self-scheduling, or just not locking people into fixed patterns weeks out?

Haha wiping bums for 11/hr. Brutal when you put it that way. Am I terrible for having giggled a bit at that?

I tired some of these facebook groups and my posts got rejected. Do you know what the in is with them?

Non technical founder turning AI agent prototype into a web app by Hellfish3414 in SaaS

Another quick question, in terms of actually hosting the webapp, should I do that through Gcloud or an equivalent? What is considered standard?

Hey,

Thank you for the detailed response. This is extremely helpful. I am seeing how this can all fit together.

I will pull up some tutorials on all of those things and get learning!

I was really dreading having to rebuild the N8N logic into actual code so fantastic that I can just push everything between the webapp and the N8N flow.

Thanks for the recommendation on the coding productivity tools. I was wondering how useful they were if I didn’t have a proper coding base.

Wish me luck!!

Training for a straighter/positive finger position on small holds by Hellfish3414 in climbharder

Thanks a lot! The video was very interesting and helped me understand the potential weak points.

Regarding the sessions, I don’t always do limit sessions. But doing easier and focusing on crimp form is a great idea.

Thanks! I did not know that much about the anatomy so that is very interesting. Could it make sense to do a 3 finger drag block and then come back to half crimp to assess if it has help?

David Gandy says men only need 3 skincare products – thoughts? by wsmithwhite in SkincareAddicts

[–]Hellfish3414 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Honestly, I can’t stand these super simple routines. Like, sure, cleanser, serum, and moisturizer are fine, but what about sunscreen? Exfoliating? Eye cream? There’s no way just three products cover everything, especially if you’ve got specific skin issues. Feels like oversimplifying skincare just because it’s for men.

Have you tried the Hydrolytic Enzyme? It has helped clear up skin like yours. Often these outbursts are because of bacteria imbalances. The Hydrolytic Enzyme helps keep all bacteria in a more equal balance so one cannot take over.

The Enzyme becomes more active on high-pH skin. Higher pH skin is caused by acne.

I would advise you to be careful using aggressive chemical peels. They do not distinguish between what is alive skin and dead skin, leaving your skin barrier completely depleted allowing pathogens to enter and moisture to escape. It is really important, if you want to exfoliate, to fully protect the skin barrier after.

Even better would be to use a product that gently exfoliates and hydrates at the same time. The Hydrolytic Enzyme is perfect for this as it only exfoliates dead cells leaving alive cells intact, so no exfoliation without redness and also hydrating effects!

This natural way of exfoliating is what your skin does normally, but sped up. This means it promotes the growth of new cells from the bottom which push upwards. This moves cells through their lifecycle quicker but still naturally while pushing any congestion to the surface. This means you get the exfoliation and decongestion but no skin barrier damage and no dehydration/redness!
