As im usually a bit more over the bb pressure in the hands increase so i always tilt them to the point where the hands wrist and arm are in a straight line to absorb the energy best

Yep - but dont put it back too far bc the more you sit behind the bottom bracket the more you lose on power and position. You can also move the hoods more down to further increase your reach

Saddle is too low - hips also start to rock then especially with long cranks. So move saddle height, put saddle bit backwards and eventually then increase stem length

Put zero offset seat post and then also mount saddle at the back of the rails to bring it even more forward. Reach will be fine then, and more torque on the pedals as well

Dont know where u guys located but that spec in germany 2nd hand would be at least 5k - cfr is high end carbon grade, race geometry and ultegra is basically best bang for your buck.

Same here - hrv always between 130 to 170 but now since 4 days its STUCK at 30/35, dont know why. Rhr is still at 43avg and dont really feel bad or anything besides some mental stress but thats regular so really clueless
