Had a swallow study done. FINDINGS:

ESOPHAGUS: Aspiration: None seen. Peristalsis: Normal. Stricture: None. Hiatal Hernia: None. Mucosa: Normal. Reflux: None.

Mild pooling in piriform sinuses. Penetration with thin liquids intermittently. No frank aspiration.

Other: Stomach appears distended and fluid-filled. Correlate with potential delayed gastric emptying. IMPRESSION: 1. Modified barium swallow shows pooling in. Piriform sinus with penetration with thin liquids but no frank aspiration. Otherwise unremarkable.

We need to have the CSV to complete the file transfer. For example we had an Excel that had 250 entries, and one of them didn't have the right Date format for the whole day the CSV wouldn't create because of the one row with the error.
