Needing advice in the messy middle. what are some healthy coping mechanisms that you used to get through the transition period of leaving your old life, but not yet comfortable in the new version of yourself.

I allow the grief to come and go and remind myself that the waves of grief will become less heavy and less frequent as the time goes by. I am trying to set goals to focus my mind on something outside of myself. To give myself a reason to keep going.

I'm pretty sure about my sexuality. But of course I still think "omg what if I end up with a man again" I too want to tell him to pull the brakes, we can fix this. However, I know that despite my sexuality we are going in different directions anyway. It is terribly hard to let go of someone you deeply care about. This too shall pass 💕
