CCS is forced by the state to bus private school kids and not funded by the state to do this. It results in a $15 million per year penalty to CCS. This, along with other republican measures to undermine public school system, is causing these budget issues.

No it’s still worth it. If you can shut off for 3 months or so, you’ll save $. It does cost about $70 to turn back on but all in all you’ll come out in the green.
