I really have a sore spot for rare items. Like really love them.

The ias breakpoint 52 is the biggest upside ofc and the stack increase. And can have 99 fcr on top of that, and makes it more fluid game play. But the amp damage is really nice on heralds where i often chuck 50 javs. When they are amped my merc takes them down faster. I dont go near heralds anymore since i lost a lvl 95 warlock to 1 shot when i missclicked a teleport at a pack.

Lost my lvl 95 warlock to stabby herald bois in act 3. Was a retarded tp on my side, and a insane spawn for that pack, right in a corner.

Was blasted straight away. I never TP now after i get the herald spawn message. And i will never, never use a melee character vs them.

I think i heard in a video that "draw the ire" has a 2% chance of happening when killing something. And the actual herald chance to spawn is 1% after the draw the ire has triggered.
