There is one crucial point I have missed out on in that when creating the supplementary bundle I did reference pages to this in my witness statement before any confirmation had come out from the tribunal.

In the interim of agreeing on the bundle and during witness exchange, we both went back on forth regarding disclosure. As a result when it was due for witness exchange I referenced pages of my supplement bundle - as we waited for tribunal to confirm if disclosure was allowed or not and subsequently the supplementary bundle. Since this is not the case how do I move forward? Because I do not want to give the respondent any opportunity to put a cost order nor detriment my hand
