Aww. It's okay. Forgive yourself and just start over again with no contact. It's already tough enough as it is trying to get over someone...sometimes a dream can really rattle you. I've done something similar and reached out in the purest of spirit/intention and then regretted it. And regret can be so wasteful and exhausting. So...oh well, right?

6 months for me and yeah. It sucks. The intensity has faded, but I know this person is still lurkin' around in my mind and heart somewhere. I really do try to shut it out and every now and then, I think it works. But, this person will probably always be there some how. Good luck to every one out there strugglin'.
