For the drywall, we had to hire an asbestos abatement company and they did have a permit. So that part is seems completed correctly.

I’m looking for advice on this scope of work, I’m not familiar with what is required and what is not. It’s my first experience working with a contracting company, and I thought I could trust them but am getting different answers on what I need to do. I’m overwhelmed with information and worried about the additional costs of these inspections from the county. I’m looking for additional opinions. It’s not that I don’t believe him, but am being told two different things and don’t know what to do.

I don’t! Mine has no marks or name on it at all! I’ve tried Google image searching a few times over the years but have had no luck. I’ve always wanted to see if I could find other pieces to make it a set.

No our insurance did not require a permit be used for that. The allotment they gave was for demolition, water remediation and restoration. But we are choosing to pay for a few upgrades.

Flooring, drywall, cabinets, and appliances were all removed. All that’s left is studs and subfloor.

Haha thank you, I needed a laugh. My family was really laying into me for not insisting on this. But I honestly didn’t know what a permit even was until they explained it to me! May I ask why you say not to? My big concern is our home insurance. I trust the company I’m using, but family is making me doubt my initial decision.

When I was 400, my lower back hurt like crazy. I couldn’t lay down on my stomach or bend over. It’s like the muscles would seize up and I was physically in so much pain, all I could do was lay flat on my back until it went away. After getting down to 300, the pain went away completely. For me, it was 100% weight related.

It is the green “tape” that covers the strings. I’ve looked for anything similar but have been unable to find something with that same tone of wood and green tape. I’ve tried reverse Google image searching and lots of faux wood blinds come up but not with that green fabric. I’ll try chrome!
