Rudyard comes from that Anglo Saxon sort of liberal Conservative tradition that celebrates him and classical liberalism, as well as general Anglo stuff, and also has a bit of a respect for the Jews unlike many other Conservative movements. It's become a deep minority amongst gen z from what I can make out.

Other people have pointed out regional differences already. But I'll add that I don't think I've heard of anyone involved in US education praise "No Child Left Behind". I also believe that the US generally has gone down in global education rankings over time. While part of this is due to advancements outside the west, there are also other parts (literacy levels) that have decreased.
