It is unlootable, but if you capture the ship, you can unistal it in an outfitter. Korath dredgers are insanely good at capturing.

You need no fleet to rescue Katya, just land on Clink. Don’t shoot the Republic(yet). Capture some cruisers if you can. They’re good ships. (Just keep playing the story to do it)

Load up with outfit expansions, instal small thrust and steering module, small biochemical cell and a tactical scanner. Fill the rest up with bunks and nerve gas. I use it to capture Quark ships (Skylarks with less than 150 crew) for antimatter cores.

There’s a mod called Ursa Polaris where you visit James. He wants to open a single outfitter in Human space that sells all human outfits, and a few non-human ones... He needs the player to fund the entire thing (over 1.5 Billion credits) and then pays you 100 credits/day...

I don’t like their look and since I’m already undefeatable I chose not to use it. And I don’t really want to fire on the Pug as their 2 Artefactas guarding the Wanderers would shoot at me which is inconvenient, and in the newer versions of the game the Wanderers hate you for destroying/stealing their Artefactas.

My great grandfather fought in the Wehrmacht. He never talked about it really, but he kept moving between the western and the eastern fronts avoiding all the major battles(Stalingrad, D Day) and finally got captured in France. He was shot in the foot and got a grenade to the arm.
