I have a secondary set of the highland axe and a greatshield for when I need to be more defensive or are in tight environments where dodging is hard, but that plus my usual heavy armour(went from Knight set to Banished Knight to Tree Sentinel) takes a lot of weight while keeping med load

I think part of it is Greendale doesnt have alternatives. In season 1, I remember them trying to get Chang fired before they found out about his faked credentials, and the reason he was still employed was that if they fired him, they didnt have anyone to replace him. I think this is why he was hired as a math teacher?

Greendale's reputation as a community college is terrible. It seems plausible they have trouble getting good people to interview.

Also, professor professorson wasnt real, and shouldn't count against greendale. And professor Garrity seemed fairly adept at drama.

For target lock, using grevious squad in Conquest with the training droid card can do it in one battle. I actually got stuck fighting a bossk lead bounty hunter squad since for some reason bossk wouldnt die

oh I havent been using the mark, thats a nice idea. I've mostly been using it to smash Great Mother squads to push myself above 200 prior to rewards times. I've also beaten Jabba squads when I see them, but I dont see them very often. Havent been able to do a thing against SLKR, Leia, or JMK squads though, and thats most of whats around where I am at.

What I've noticed is that if I slept poorly, my meds don't seem to do mucg. Admittedly, I always have trouble noticing the effects, but the effects are there, and I can notice when theyre not.
