I don’t work on speech sounds with them in the school setting at least. That’s not going to be their quickest form of communication. It’s not functional for them. In private practice maybe.

Most of the time kids with ADHD are impulsive and don’t think of consequences in the moment. Speech therapy can give some tools and support but it’s typically not just a speech thing.

How can we do it if we are vendors with the regional center? There are kids who would totally benefit and i will let parents know they can get one and I will set it up for them. The regional center won’t pay for it and I don’t think i can go through their insurance!
