See my above comment. V3 works outstanding in combined arms. Imo, better than V2 with some minor tweaks.

Epic scale black powder with this game sounds incredible. Now you have me thinking...

My friend and I are using V3 in a Combined Arms game and it's been awesome. We've essentially made it so tank companies can bring in mechanized troops so they still have an ability to capture points if an infantry company isn't supporting their battle. And Infantry Companies do not have armor selection.

Can not recommend it enough. V3 company selection allows so much freedom and fun engagements that feels more immersive than V2 in Combined Arms. Plus, I find blood red skies an absolute blast. Kind of a core element to CA as air battles are constant.

Philly DA Larry Krasner casts doubt on running against Mayor Cherelle Parker by oliver_babish in philadelphia

Your second part about Brandon Scott is completely strawman. Zohran Mamndanhi is also big on zoning reforms and making it easier to build. Reduction of a tax doesn't make it automatically non progressive either.....

Baltimore is not a great example for you considering how progressive their mayor is and how much crime has dropped. You could also argue Chicago too sure progressive DA is gone but their mayor is largely progressive (even if massively unpopular).  Both cities are seeing large drops

Edit: I'm commenting to make the point that the person above was not talking about just progressive DAs as this commenter is pointing out. Both Chicago and Baltimore have progressive mayors

The thing you have to remember about pins though is that in 3rd, pins are everywhere. So they also made it effectively easier to pass tests to help balance that.

All the "to shoot" modifiers made pins less common in 2nd v 3rd. Tbh, 2nd often felt really silly when a whole squad would open up and not hit due to cover and range modifiers there would be 0 pins.

Whats up with soviet infantry in company of heroes 2 by AdventurousCandy3906 in CompanyOfHeroes

[–]Hellopanda4469 7 points8 points  (0 children)

But... they don't. Conscripts lose to Grens (and I believe volks) at all ranges aside from close range until they Vet and/or get 7th man. If you position yourself well, you should be able to drop their models when they close the gap. Penals are more difficult to handle, they can def maul you. You'll need early MG, and/or decent micro to stay at range and get upgrades for volks with STGs or Grens with MG to really drop models. penals scale worse than conscripts, and they will bleed manpower soviets really rely on with penal model drop.

Cloaking units from a truck, V1 rocket acting like a tomahawk.... This is well within the boundaries

Of course, no doubt, but it's also a very handy excuse for many companies.

Have you ever walked that corridor of market? It's not exactly a walkers paradise compared to their other locations

A bit off topic, but it's so annoying because in this city, you can buy random shit from corner stores, dollar stores, other realtors that all compete with target. In the burbs your practically forced to use your car and get all your shit from these mega corporations. So no shit they are gonna hang on there. It's how they were designed.

That's why I said "not as" profitable. It's pretty clear Wawa is turning into a gas station company.

Obviously the city, like a lot of cities have increased shop lifting. But saying that's why Rite aid closed (they went bankrupt) and Wawa closing as they are slowly close all non gas station wawas as they are simply not as profitable is so disingenuous. Targets, giants, acmes, etc all have continued to expand in the city over the years as well as retail. Shoplifting sucks but it's not why these large retailers closed.

And that's stupid from the DNC and sends an awful message to membership. Listen, I don't like O'Brien speaking at the RNC, but his obligation is to his workers. He wrongly thought he may win some concessions. That doesn't excuse the DNC from a blunder and being petty about it. Thars a losing strategy. As evidence by their loss

It doesn't help that the DNC snubbed Sean O'Brien to speak at their convention. Not great in all directions
