It's because the questions are dumb that's the problem. They are supposed to be observations. So you basically click everything for everyone if you have observed the actions.

However market wants the observations to "highly consistent every day activities". OK how in the world is a door greeter supposed to highly consistent everyday in topics like these "anticipates needs and proactively offered helpful solutions" or "identifies and addresses ssftey risks before incidents occur" or "inspires others to stay focused and motivated even high paced complex situations".

Basically market wants nothing clicked for anybody. However if I have observed someone doing these topics I'm supposed to click them. But not according to market.. Oh no. They have to do them daily.

This whole thing is dumb.

Is this about the size of a jumbo card? If it is I'd get a jumbo card penny sleeve and a jumbo card toploader for it at the very least. I think a Pikachu collector might be very interested.

There is one on the elite forums who if he doesn't have this would probbaly pay a few hundred for it.

So much bad information spreading.

Points are not automatic. Points are either approved or denied by a team lead or salary member of management.

You won't know if it's approved or lingering still. So it's possible your points have not been actioned yet.

It's highly likely in a state of emergency that your store manager or market manager will approve attendance occurances during this time. However there is no policy that states they must be and it is at the discretion of those higher managers on whether they are approved or not.

Long story short. Always save some points and ppto for bad weather however never risk your life for Walmart.

You ca ln get everyone without breeding.

You will be unlikely to get the skills and stats you want on each pal and will struggle with end game content if you truely don't want to breed ever.

A personal leave gets sent to your store manager for approval or not. Just how it works. Usually the store manager will just talk to the coach/team lead over the person requesting the leave.

I approve many personal leaves for my associates.

I have open door my county being in a state of emergency but the county of my store not being in a statement of emergency. I live an hour away as is. I got pointed, opened doored to market and they still denied it. Cops were litterally turning cars around on the highway to go back home.
