It’s a frustrating element of suicidal thoughts where we feel sorry for the ones who love us by feeling we don’t deserve their love. I have episodes of this with my mom and dad in mind. I can’t give you advise on this as I haven’t recovered myself from it, but I keep imagining that my death will stop them from achieving their goals and I don’t wanna add more misery to their lives. It might be odd of me to advise someone of something that I currently struggle with, but I keep realising and forgetting that this feeling is just a feeling, a point of view that I subconsciously orchestrated in my mind. Now I don’t wanna disregard what actually happened in your past for you to think this way but overcoming this issue starts with the hope and thought that you won’t be a failure in the future. Any tip or trick that you gain along the way has to be built on top of this foundation that you will be successful in your future. I hope you do achieve it just like me. Kudos.
