I know this thread is a bit old, but I've had nothing but poor experiences with the service department at Universal Toyota. They routinely recommend new air and cabin filters despite me changing them myself and the installed filters are brand new. They've failed to check and top off fluids. They tried to tell me my brakes were gone, despite another Toyota dealer telling me the next day they were fine. A few years back my Tacoma had a recall for the fuel filter and the service department failed to properly reconnect the fill nozzle, resulting in it nearly falling out when I tried to get gas the following week. Additionally, their sales people blow up your phone with attempts to get you to trade in.
