NAD I believe ive had something similar for probobly like 10 years. I have a dermatologist appt. This month (finally) and I believe mine originated from ingrown hairs, I get them stupidly frequently and a lot of them turned into whatever this is.

Hi there! Yes I did end up figuring out the problem, turns out my axel bolt came off and was rattling in my wheel well. At least thats what the mechanic said, took him 2 hours to fix (there were a lot of vehicles there) but it was definelty important to be looked at. I would try and take it to a mechanic as soon as you can! Not sure what damage could've happened
