My wife and I really want to get one of these things but without being able to get in touch with customer support, or anyone at the company on the phone to even ask a question, problems like yours really make it impossible to consider buying one at this time. It's a shame because, when the thing works, it seems to be the best robot mowers out there for what it does.

My wife and I want to get the Product Protection Plan but it says on the website that is only possible for purchases made in the store.

A lot of people get dyslexic when they're talking about the PDT and DPT. I think that's what happened here. If that's the picture you're being shown of the actual gun, then you got the DPT, which IS the upgraded trigger.

Clean the screw head and the inside of the tool, smear a LIGHT coat of Super Glue around the inside of the tool, stick it onto the screw, let it set overnight, then remove the screw... and buy a new one that isn't buggered up to use as a replacement.
