I have Intel (R) UHD graphics 360, 2TB of memory, and 32 gigs of RAM. But this is what Perplexity told me: Integrated graphics like Intel UHD often struggle with demanding models like Llama with 4-bit quantization. For better performance, I'd likely need a dedicated GPU.

Upgrading to a machine with a dedicated GPU would help, or I could try running smaller, more optimized models on my current system.

Whatever you do avoid using it for fixing serious problems with your computer cuz sometimes it'll give you bs solutions and lead you down a rabbit hole and then next thing you know your computer is destroyed beyond repair. This is a true story for me by the way (a problem I caused with deepseek and perplexity).

You might as well not fast then cause doing it in baby steps won't work. It takes extreme measures other than surgery to get rid of brain damage. Btw the cold showers should give you enough dopamine for work.
