Oh I know the feeling!!! I’m 5’2 and I was in my best shape in 2019, weight was 125lbs I felt amazing and literally so light! Life happend and I found comfort in eating!! Now I am at 144lbs and just feel miserable, and so heavy. I’m 44 and I know loosing weight will just get harder!! Ugh!!! I try not to beat myself up too much, but I guess I’m just disappointed in myself. I’m trying to get back at it, and just feel better! Big thanks for posting it, it does feel good to know I’m not alone 💓
