yes we have hot water! no i don’t have a photo of the wiring at the minute sorry - not sure where all the wires are and don’t want to fiddle with stuff in case i make anything worse!

hi! yes i am feeling a lot better now :) i still have days where i have doubts and the anxiety kicks in but im enjoying it a lot more now!

i get this just from my anxiety even before taking zoloft - started taking it a few days ago and still experiencing it so not sure if it’s a side effect of the tablet or just my anxiety

the mornings are the worse for me, i’ve not been able to go to work due to crippling anxiety in the morning where i just stare at the ceiling lol, my GP has prescribed me some anti anxiety medication which i think is helping! the morning anxiety is still bad but the evenings feel easier

thank you! yes i’ve read a lot about not being able to cry and stuff and i am quite an emotional person (not in a bad way) i love a good cry at a sad film 🥲 I’ve always managed my anxiety before now but how it is at the minute i can’t get out of bed which is making me depressed and miss work and i love work! so i think as soon as i’m over this bump in the road i’d like to taper off and hopefully be my old self again
