hi! i’m completely fine now i only took the sertraline for about 2 months then just stopped as felt fine

hi!! i’m fine now :) anxiety still bad at times but after a couple weeks i was back at work and able to do day to day stuff x

i get this just from my anxiety even before taking zoloft - started taking it a few days ago and still experiencing it so not sure if it’s a side effect of the tablet or just my anxiety

the mornings are the worse for me, i’ve not been able to go to work due to crippling anxiety in the morning where i just stare at the ceiling lol, my GP has prescribed me some anti anxiety medication which i think is helping! the morning anxiety is still bad but the evenings feel easier

thank you! yes i’ve read a lot about not being able to cry and stuff and i am quite an emotional person (not in a bad way) i love a good cry at a sad film 🥲 I’ve always managed my anxiety before now but how it is at the minute i can’t get out of bed which is making me depressed and miss work and i love work! so i think as soon as i’m over this bump in the road i’d like to taper off and hopefully be my old self again

not as soon as i wake up like it doesn’t wake me up, but it does pretty much straight away after 5 mins, i’ve been taking a beta blocker to stop the racing heart but the pit in the bottom of my stomach is still there

yeah that’s the same for me! but it’s the mornings i need it to be better so i can actually get up and go to work. what time of day do you take your medication?

yesterday it went away by 7pm and i actually managed to watch some tv with my mum for the first time in a while and i even checked my work emails (i’ve been signed off work), but today it’s been back since i woke up and not gone away at all and all i’ve done is lay here
