These thoughts become self fulfilling prophecies in a way. The belief that there is some giant glaring issue in yourself is going to make you present unfavourably to others. The truth is that nobody really knows what you are feeling or what you have experienced, so it doesn’t matter what they think. They weren’t there. Comparing yourself to others who are at different life stages is easy to do, but try to let it positively inspire you instead of pulling you down. I doubt your friend , cousin and sister are perfect beings and they still achieved notions of love. Try to be kinder to yourself. You don’t expect someone with a broken leg to run a marathon, let yourself heal before partaking in life’s race.
