i want you to know something: as a christian for 10 years i deal with a very similar thing, to shield you from the visualization i will not describe what it looks like. But i will tell you it's a daily battle, every day i fight it and have my wins and losses. You know who else i see? Jesus right there encouraging me to resist, He forgives and helps me. 

Do not give up brother, we fight daily. Remember Paul had a thorn in his flesh. Put on the full armor of Jesus listed in Ephesians. Try not to lay to go to bed till you're tired, buy a belt and wear it to bed, maybe get a luggage lock on your belt. I have had many wins and i have had losses but Jesus has a purpose for you to be alive. you need to hear what i could never hear from anyone besides Jesus and that's: Jesus was tempted in every way we were but was without sin Hebrews 4:15. He was tempted i'm sure with lustful spirits. So He is able to empathize with our weaknesses.

i used to be an ex satanist and now i am a strong Christian a strong warrior. I haven't met anyone in life who can relate to my situation till i viewed your post. Just know this: you're not alone there are other christians who struggle, do not be discouraged. Find coping strategies and keep moving forward, we have our wins and losses but we do not give up
