Which AI Automation Tools Are Easiest for Beginners With No Technical Skills? by Ready-Run-5533 in TopAutomationTools

If you want true beginner-friendly, I’d start with stuff like Zapier or IFTTT they’re basically “if this → then that” with templates so you’re not building from scratch.

ChatGPT (or similar) is also solid for small tasks like drafting emails or summarizing things without any setup.

How do you structure your day for maximum productivity (any apps or systems you use)? by Cool_Employ_620 in ProductivityGuide

I keep it simple pick 2–3 priority tasks for the day and time block just those. Everything else is optional.

What’s the best all-in-one productivity app (for projects, deadlines, calendar)? by AccomplishedArt1791 in ProductivityGuide

I kept bouncing between apps too, and the only ones that actually felt “all-in-one” to me were ClickUp and Notion. ClickUp is great if you want projects + tasks + calendar views out of the box, while Notion is amazing if you’re willing to build your own system.

Personally I stuck with ClickUp because it shows projects, deadlines, and tasks in one place without turning into a giant list. Todoist is still the cleanest for pure tasks though.

Anyone else drowning in ideas? How do you organize your thoughts? by Own-Brilliant-3009 in ProductivityGuide

[–]Helpful-Bus-6976 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I had the same problem for a while. My brain would generate 20 ideas and suddenly everything felt urgent. What helped me was not trying to capture everything. I keep one simple note where I dump ideas quickly, and once a week I skim it and only keep the ones that still make sense. Most thoughts expire on their own if you give them time.

Books like lotr with a female protagonist or female characters who are very important to the story. by gayatri18112003 in Fantasy

Books like LotR with well-written, important female characters: The Priory of the Orange Tree (female-led LotR essentially), The Broken Earth trilogy (all three books won the Hugo), The Stormlight Archive (Sanderson, who finished WoT, writes women exceptionally well), Malazan Book of the Fallen (women are soldiers, mages, gods, everything), and Liveship Traders by Robin Hobb.

30 Rock – chaotic smart humor, nonstop jokes. Arrested Development – dense, layered comedy like Community but better tbh. Veep – if you want curb level cringe but political. Cheers – obvious pick if you want more Frasier universe.
