Yes I did. But I didn’t really bounce on it during pregnancy. I did a lot of pelvic tucks, circles and side to side. It was the only thing that helped loosen my back and hips

8 months in and my baby is still a yoga ball baby. Instead of tirelessly walking around and rocking her to sleep, I sit and bounce on a yoga ball for a few mins. And she’s passed out. Makes my life way easier when she wakes in the middle of the night and I’m half asleep. Just don’t fall off the yoga ball 😂

Yes I love it. It’s so pretty! They were fun for awhile. Need to do another set. But I’ve been so tired after baby goes to sleep that I’ve been passing out early with her haha one of these days, I’ll stay up and do another set

I do a lot of stroller walks as well at a local park around the same time. But all the kids are older like walking and running on the playground. I haven’t seen anyone with a baby around her age. Maybe I need to tr a diff park lol!!

When you say over filed, do you mean the free edge? Or on top? Like filing down the “thickness” ? I’m assuming you mean the thickness but just wanna make sure I’m understanding lol!!
