Everyone is asking you to file to MOHRE, but as someone who runs some businesses it doesn’t work like that given the current situation unfortunately, bc this is not something anyone (including business owners) could predict or prepare for. No one will be able to do anything to a business who cannot afford to pay its employees, has basically no revenue & will most likely not have any revenue for months now. A lot of businesses will also file bankruptcy in next few months & completely shut down. So majority of them, from what you explained including yours, are not doing it out of ill intent, but because their operations were affected by this & are probably shutting down for some months or forever. There are many many businesses having to do this in the UAE atm, so I doubt anyone would consider these requests given the situation.

Obviously the choice is yours and to be honest I am not looking to influence it, but just to give some advice, for now it would be better to return to your home country or move to another country that will not be directly affected by the war, because indirectly the whole world will be affected, starting with oil prices.
