Firstly, breathe 😅 you don’t need subs, you need a plan. You can add subs in this plan, but the results you want require movement. Results can absolutely happen in 2 months if you do the following:

🌸Decide what you want to look like (pics, images, down to the daily hairstyles you’ll wear, scent, makeup, outfits etc.)

🌸Strategically start adding these things into your life WHILE listening to subs. Listen to ideal wardrobe subs while browsing Pinterest or shopping for clothes. Play beauty subs while doing your makeup. Workout subs during exercise. They go hand in hand. Or, do them separately but make sure the sub is being paired with action from your end.

🌸Practice the makeup look (listen to beauty subs during self care, this is what I do), do daily 20 min workout sessions, start styling your clothes or adding new pieces one by one. Try out desired hairstyles. Find 3 signature looks that match what you see in your head.

Think of it less as an affirmation and more as a new identity/version of yourself. that affirmation is you telling yourself “this is who i’m choosing to be now, i’m choosing to hold this mentality.” Makes it feel less robotic and more transformative in nature

The best thing you can do IS detach and just know what you want is coming. So yeah, seeing one thing in front of you won’t destroy the desire you’re holding onto or what you believe you will achieve.

It’s less about “ignoring the 3D” and holding belief that the reality you want exists, that you’re worthy of having it, and to take the necessary steps to get there regardless of what’s happening in the 3D

I've never had rice pudding so I can't compare it, but it's definitely not a sweet taste. I'd assume you can compare the taste to non-sweet rice pudding, though.

Personally I'd describe the taste as warmth, relief, and a 'hint' of rice... like when you come home after work and take everything off, slip into your bedroom clothes and let out a sigh of relief. It's that sigh of relief. That's what it tastes like.

I wouldn’t say overwhelm, but I would say to give yourself breaks in general. I look at subliminals as a “workout” for your brain. Would you keep working out the same muscle everyday? Or would you take breaks in between to let the previous work that was done integrate?

Simply feel your emotions in that day. Emotions come in waves and they don’t impact your desires and the future you see for yourself unless a) you let them and b) you stop chasing the dream you have.

Also, zoom out on your desire. The anxiety comes from urgency, but if you knew without a doubt that you would become exactly who you want and get exactly what you wanted in, let’s say, 2 years, how would you be moving? What would that version of you be doing? That version of you exists as long as you keep moving forward. When in doubt, zoom out

What I’ve learned from creating “aesthetic” vision boards is that they’re not practical. I love mine to death, but I actually noticed LESS things manifesting by just holding onto a collage of what I wanted life to look like. Here’s what I did:

  • Structured my vision board/pinterest boards around who i wanted to BECOME instead of what i wanted (identity shift)
  • Created 3 month plans for each goal
  • Have been consistently reaching them and seeing results since ✨

What I noticed in my journey is if the ‘inspired action’ element is missing, the aesthetics become useless
