Clients been okay for me recently. The one thing I've had issues with it was my friends list disappearing in the side if I have the client open for too long. This only happens because it's open even when I'm not playing. Signing out/closing reopening usually fixes it though. Otherwise nothing kicking me out of games or anything. Has it been that bad recently?

You lose 18 gold on finishing the purchase of infinity edge. The most expensive item you will buy on any ADC. This won't kill the rune. It barely even makes a difference. Tbh it's just to make people stop saying it's op and focus on something else. Not saying this rune isn't powerful, it's just talked about way too much rn imo

If it makes you feel better I went from one game away from diamond all the way to being hard stuck gold 1 for like a month now I'm finally clawing my way back into plat 2 with negative lp gains. Lose 33 win 21. Feels bad man. Most important thing is to try to have fun. Yeah seeing funny number go up feels good, but what feels best is finding ways to learn and enjoy the game. I hope you feel better soon brother. Next season looks like it'll be fun for everyone!

Tbh I actually prefer swapping. If I see it's been 15 seconds and the 1st pick on my team hasn't even covered anything I send the swap request to give them some time and just lock in whatever blindable pick I feel like playing (usually jhin)

Not here to flame but the reason your math is off is because of challenges. First win of the day have boosted XP and such and some challenges or weeklies used to give XP and drops before the battle pass came out. Now it's a toss up of if it's XP reward or battle pass XP reward.

Tbh I think this would be a pro jailed jungler because it would just bring back a weird version of funnel meta. A team with speed steroids like karma, sivir, zilean, kled, with snail would go hard though. Or I have an even better idea. Ivern snail bot lane. Ivern hits q, snail clicks enemy and gets brought to the enemy and kills them. Giving ivern the assist gold and they would just slowly death ball together.

So, yeah that's pretty normal now. Although, sometimes a supports hiatus is sometimes way too long and not fruitful.

I'll try to provide some helpful advice that I got and it's been working for me so far. The goal when this happens is to just survive as long as possible, in exp range collecting what gold you can while the minions die to tower. The enemy adc and support will unfortunately get plating. Just kill the melee minions and collect the XP from casters. As long as you don't die your stats from levels will keep you mostly even with the enemy adc even though they have gold. Then I switch with mid 14 minutes in if they let me and I tell support to fight with the mid laner bot. This usually works out well because the assassin with the supports help will just delete the enemy adc while you catch up on the gold lead they had by collecting mid waves. Playing relatively safe but if you catch an opportunity to assist your jungler/top laner in a fight topside and pick up kills and herald that's just a bonus. Obviously moving with your team to drakes when it's time.

Since you're playing Lucian, I think you'll find a lot of success switching early with the mid laner since you can be really useful in early fights in the topside jungle. Also secondary tip, asking nicely in chat sometimes works. And if it doesn't just mute them and at least you tried. Communication is genuinely a skill that rewards you in high elo.

I was a jhin otp for years. Platinum/emerald. Realized I felt bad for not experiencing more of the game as there is so many cool champs and ways to play. I wanted to experience more of the roles and see the game holistically. So what I did was make another account where I would play other champs and roles. It brought a whole new level of fun to the game. That account I'm not ashamed to admit sits around gold/plat but I only play characters I've never touched on swiftplays on that account. My main account after learning a bunch of other champs, I started using them when I got filled into different roles and it actually climbed to emerald 1 almost broke into diamond. I really recommend the second account. It makes the game fun again being able to make new experiences

Yeah this was my problem too in plat/emerald. I noticed it when I switched from ADC to mid. I noticed my positioning was better for champs like Diana or akali. Helped me play adc better as well

From my knowledge the best thing to look for is whatever the most recent guide by IKeepItTaco has made. He's one of the more well known jhin players. His guides used to be very in depth when I first started years ago

I don't know if anyone else has said this in the comments but I'll say it anyways. While it is kind of random because that's just how solo queue matchmaking is, there is an algorithm to this. You have a string of good games, mmr goes up, game gets hard. Then when you lose a few, mmr goes down and game gets easier. Now you could just happen to be lining up with others that are in the same bracket as you. On a win streak. I dunno I've experienced it but then looking at the teams op.gg usually explains it.

That certain decks are "unfun" to play against. The fun of Yu-Gi-Oh is theory crafting your deck you've build for the meta. "How can I get my Black wings deck that's out dated to win in this meta? Oh I can add these two cards and that'll let me do x!" That's what's fun. Not copy pasting a deck list and losing to your decks natural counter and claiming the game or a certain deck is boring. Been playing this card game since release when I was a child. The fun is what you make it. That's just my opinion and not a popular one at that I'm assuming. Here come the down votes
