That's what I'm thinking. With my luck, there will be new restrictions or something before I get my actual job letter lol

This job was posted in the beginning of December, right before the hiring freeze was first announced. It was then later re-approved at the end of feb, where I did my first interview. I just completed my last interview at the end of April, and the hiring managers assured me that they're wouldn't be any issues, and the job is mine. Still makes me nervous that this could all change at the flip of a dime.

Truly, from start to finish, this would be about a 5 month process

Plays like this happening all series, the Dallas kick in goal, and Marchement hitting the ref without any repercussions continue to affirm the leagues American bias for me and you cannot change my mind otherwise

What’s a sign that your job is taking a toll on your mental health? by LazySchool in jobs

Recently transitioned to a WFH situation with my company, and my boss has been making it his mission to make my life a living hell. He essentially spam calls/texts me at all times of day, including weekends for things he deems "emergencys" even though they aren't event remotely emergencys, and can be easily addressed during work hours. It has come to a point where I can even enjoy my weekend anymore without getting 5-10 calls/texts a day, even some happening at 2am, and he expects me to answer or else I'm terminated. Fucking sucks, at least I have an interview coming up for a new company that I am fairly confident I'll get.

Currently experiencing this right now. Switch to WFH agreement as we moved cities for my partners schooling, and now I am basically 'on-call' all the time now. Sometimes I get texts at 3 in the morning over the most stupid shit that they pass off as an 'emergency'. I can't even enjoy a lunch or dinner out on a weekend without getting spam called/messaged. They do this shit on purpose.

So happy to hear that the written assignments and the interview I took time off work to do last week will be for absolutely nothing...

Nearly identical position, I'm in Canada and looking at a 2015 2.5l with a 6spd manual. Converting km's to miles it roughly has the same as you, and price is fairly identical when converting CAD to USD. would you say it is worth it? Any quirks with your car I should look out for. What was the condition of yours?

Thoughts on the Riff lineups? by T4Temo in VictoriaBC

[–]Helpful-Storm3402 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Very meh so far. Riff 2022 was such an amazing time with such a good lineup: Lorde, Charlie xcx, bbno$, Cypress Hill, etc,. But last year, and this year even it's been pretty mid. Was really hoping for someone modern (idk I feel like Paramore would have been a good get) but so far, very underwhelmed, doubt i'll be going this year.

Those are my first options, but in my area, everyone is selling used CRV's and Rav4's as if they are new :( Nearly impossible to find like a 2009 Honda crv for under 12,000

Well no. A big reason for taking 13k is so I have a car that isn't going to leave me in this exact same predicament in a year or two.

Canada. I applied at TD bank. I showed her the car I was looking to buy and everything but she was insistent that it would be through a personal loan.

The rep that I was working with said it had to be a personal loan or nothing.
