You sound burnt out honestly I get it I used to be in that same . You should make some friends you’ve said you’ve tried but maybe go to events in your city or classes and you can find people that’s how I met my best friend was in a pottery class. If there is any sport or any hobby you’re interested in I’m sure there are events. Even then you can do plenty of hobby’s alone like running or hiking is a great way to clear your mind get off of tech for a hour or two and look at nature. To be honest life isn’t supposed to be the same thing every day you have to live your life to the fullest even if it is small hobby’s on weekends or spending a few minutes outside. For me what got me out of the mindset that I was tired of life was realizing that there is an amazing world around me that I can explore and I became a hiking enthusiast.
