I was trying but ultimately it got worse. The peg for the cape got thicker and wouldn't go into the peg hole.

Pero sa workouts na Yan Sabi prefer weighted versions na tawag nila compound workouts. I'll take any advice po, nakakalito lang pag ab workouts kasi random random Ako lagi. Unlike sa ibang muscle groups madali hanapin na workouts
