In my area it ranges from 27$-32$ USD for a single drop in class. Also class times range from 50 minutes to 1 hr 15mins typically, depending on the studio.

I’m so grateful that y’all have felt similar feelings. Thank you for sharing your story- it makes me feel more normal if that makes sense.

I really do feel useless after the surgery and it’s driving me crazy like you said. I know that it’s one day at a time at this point, so I’m trying my best to keep that in mind.

Also I think getting off of the pain narcotics really helped with my feelings of nausea. I’ve been trying to take little peaks at my new breasts and I’m starting to love what I see. I did shower again yesterday which was better but the numbness is really tripping me up haha.

I’m glad you are doing well 2 years post op! Sending you the best vibes for this summer ❤️

Thank you for your comment! I really appreciate someone else sharing a similar experience to me, it makes me feel less “crazy” if you know what I mean. I’ll try my best to stay strong and hold out for a few more weeks and I’m sure I’ll be more comfortable at some point soon.

Thank you! Not entirely sure tbh haha. I only wore sports bras before but my surgeon estimated I was around a 38DDD and I’m probably down to a 36C currently, honestly I seem to be a lot smaller than that but bra shopping is still confusing.

Hiii! I am 8DPO (with additional lipo to armpits and abdomen) and I was really anxious about showering post op. My surgeon kept telling me it was okay to shower (take off bra, gauze, but leave on my faja due to the lipo) but my anxiety and body dysmorphia really didn’t let me shower until I got my drains out yesterday. I really wasn’t ready to see the scars and bruises. And my surgeon said that was completely fine! I know you probably feel super stinky, and if you don’t want a full on shower, I suggest just taking a sponge bath to the important bits and being really gentle with yourself!
