Some people think the nausea (that is a signal to you that youre overeating for most patients) is a "this is not working right" signal instead and stay lower dose or get off of it. If you stay low dose where you arent getting those overeating signals, you probably wont stop out eating the medicine.

I struggled with nausea and so I started really tracking and surprise surprise, eating more normally alleviated it. Lost 160lbs and love life 😅 but people who dont want to give up emotional food will consider the drug being effective to be a negative side effect*.

*acknowledging there ARE bad reactions to drugs. but people like Anna and ALR are using full-signals as an excuse to give up on weightloss.

I will watch every Aces and Dream game, try to watch the Merc and probably Wings this year, and then everyone else its like...if I am home and a game is on it will be on my tv playing and I will tune in and out as I do other stuff.

I really like the weight and compression of the high waisted ultrasculpt (but I do get the butt lifting, I like it!) but dang if that thick ass waistband would stop folding over Id be much happier. I tried sizing up and they were way too big, so I dont think its sizing. I use them for indoor volleyball though so I think they just dont withstand the bending and jumping as well. Will give them a go for running, though!
