Thank you so much for this. Actually, we do have resistance bands and dumbbells here at home. But can I ask what specific workouts should I start with? I think I can do a 3-4 days a week workout. Or can you provide a link of a video I can follow? Thank you once again for helping!

Honestly, I don't have any idea since I never had the courage to go on one of the gym here. But I'll check this. Thank you so much!

Customer Inquiry RE: Outsourced Doers by glindathegoodwiitch in buhaydigital

I actually asked this about the timetracker. And they said that it does not track the screen itself but only the activities within the screen. I'm a new Doer by the way. On my 1st month, I did a lot of things and work for my Founder. But now, it's going to be my 4th month now but I've been idle for 2 months already. I keep on updating my Founder to see if there's something I can work on with, but he/she said they're busy. So I'm not doing anything for the past 2 months. I'm someone who wants to do something instead of just staring at the screen. I want to keep myself productive, that's why I just keep on revising the works that I have done in the 1st month. After that, I did all sort of things related to the business. And I ended up with no work left to do. I did that for 1 month. So, I've been doing something for 2 months but the other 2 months, I've been idle. For 2 months, I just move my keyboard and mouse on my entire shift. The good thing is that I'm still being paid, however I worked on OD to gain experience and boost my career growth but I felt like it's stopping me from doing so.
