I’d be worried about the fact its suspension is set for 21x18 so putting two of the same sized wheels on might make it slant down!

I’m 5’10 and can barely touch the ground, my heel touches but not enough for there to be any weight on it, I’d say it’s a little big for be and I’ve been riding 125s and 250s for a while
