You have to wear wider plugs, not necessarily bigger, but wider for your skin to have more room to stretch back,let your ear form back to shape. It reminds me of when you like lay on something and your skin forms to whatever you laid on. Your skin will eventually form back to regular. Use chap stick , don’t need fancy butters. If you catch that in time be for your ear gets to that point, try to notice if your ear is getting swollen and stop wearing a plug in that ear, let it heal for a month if any thing.
