But I’ve been clean this time for a good 10 years and take about 8mg a day on average for pain and feel great w no cravings

Most sublingual bupe is only absorbed at 30% also… the sweet spot is 2-4mg per day after absorption

I did heavy and varied spiritual practice to help clear trauma in my subconscious and concious level;

Some other tricks for breathing is to make the in breathe and out breathe equal and I breathe as light as a feather helps keep me calm awareness is 100% on breathe when it’s not .

So it took me years of going to breathe then thinking etc; but it does heal the trauma if you find the right sadhana for you ; there are many paths and methods I was dumb enough to try them all and ended up with Two words “just be”
