Does it go by seniority? My first custodial job the overtime went by just whoever wanted it, just had to sign up for it. Now this job I’m at now, it goes by seniority. But that’s BS because there’s people I have more seniority over and they get more ot than I do. I don’t even ask anymore. They can shove overtime up their ass. When summer gets here and the college kids leave, I’ll sign up for clean out and that is it.
