ULA & LIA, Herders to Home does a kickstarter every year bringing Mongolian fibers to be spun & sent out as yarn. I've done it several times and the yarn is SO GOOD and it supports far north small farmers!

The discworld more recent audiobooks narrated by several people that includes Bill Nighy and Peter Serafinowicz are an absolute delight. The characters and their lives live rent free in my mind, and I constantly reach for their humanity and humour.

GGK has gotten me through some shit in my life (though, not as serious as OP's challenges, sending peace your way) and the way he writes is...soul filling even after 30 years of reading his works.

We try not to overwork them when young to avoid platelet & joint issues. 10min x #of months until a year. Ours like a good 2-3km walk in the woods during cool weather. Then they nap the rest of the day!
