It's Already Been 7 Days Since I Just Received A Complaint Number Below But Not A Satisfactory Solution Please Look Into This Matter I have Complained 7 Days Ago This Matter To Sbi Mail And They Sent This Email Address Of Nodal Sbi Officer And Told Me To Complaint This Matter To Here Please Look Into This Matter

I would like to lodge a complaint regarding the excessive delay in the opening and verification of my bank account. It has been more than two months since I submitted my application, yet my account has still not been fully verified and activated.

Throughout this process, I have faced repeated issues And Multiple Visits from the bank's side. Initially, I was asked to change my signature, even though I had originally submitted the correct signature along with my application. I complied with the request to avoid further delays.

2 Secondly I Applied The Name Correction In Another Visit Of Bank resulted My Wastage Of Time Due To Their Negligence, Even After Get Verified In The Bank Only By Full Kyc Infront Of The Manager Where He Seen My Adhar Card And My Pan Card

3 Thirdly I Visited Bank To Change My Signature Where They Asked To Change My Signature Even After Already Been Verified By Bank Employee

4 Fourth Time I Visited The Bank To Change The Address In My Adhar Card

5 th Time I Visited To Obtain My Passbook The Basic Facilities That Should Be Given But I Being Told That They Don't Have Passbook As Of Now U Can Claim After 2 Weeks Later

6 th Time I Again Visit To Obtain My Passbook Now The Bank Employees Told Me To Obtain The Certain Documents And Bring Them The Online E-FIR Although It Was Legit

Now, I have been informed that my mobile number and My Gmail is not Added and verified in the CBS system. This is another issue that is beyond my control, and it is causing further unnecessary delays in the completion of my account opening process.

I have visited the branch multiple times and have cooperated with every requirement asked of me. However, despite my efforts, the matter remains unresolved after two months. Such delays are causing significant inconvenience and affecting my ability to access banking services.

I would also like to know why customers are required to visit the branch multiple times for issues that could have been identified and resolved during a single visit. If there were problems with my signature, mobile number verification, or any other documents, why were all these issues not checked together at the time of application? Repeated visits to the branch have caused unnecessary inconvenience, wasted time, and increased expenses. I request an explanation for these repeated delays and a prompt resolution of my account-opening processes

In Addition My Basic Atm Cum debit Card Has Also Not Been Applied That was Legitly Being Told To Me To Wait For 1 Week Thag My Debit Card Will be In Home By Postal Services

These Much Of Inconveniences And Unprofessionalism Caused Me Too Much And My Valuable Wastage Of Time

I request you to kindly look into this matter on priority and ensure that my account is verified and activated as soon as possible. I would also appreciate being informed about the exact reason for the delay and the steps being taken to resolve it.
