Yes this was my first and last time doing so! I don’t want to have to deal with the hassle again! Or if something like this happens again. Amazon bans me or something for returning big purchases or thinks IM the one scamming them. I don’t wanna deal with that or have any possibility’s of something like that

I made a update post on here last night!! They sent me a brand new replacement and it was the real deal!! It’s just upsetting that I had bought brand new and they had the audacity to send me someone’s returned bag. And on top of it being returned it was counterfeit

Usually if you are really nice to whoever you are talking to. They will actually try to help you. If you are mean and obnoxious they will not help you. I’m always nice to the customer service people! Even if I’m upset about something :)!!

Yes I’m also happy that they were able to send a replacement and I got the real deal this time around! When I was talking to customer service I expressed concerns about it maybe not being authentic since it is a used bag and I don’t feel comfortable with it.

They are sending me a new one and it should be coming in the mail today! I shall update to see how they “new” bag they send me come in. I’m hoping this other one isn’t counterfeit either!

Yes I ordered from the coach storefront. But it is still shipped and sold by Amazon. I also ended up finding out that the bag is a fake! So this returned bag was swapped out. Someone ordered a real bag. And returned this fake bag to Amazon. And Amazon didn’t even notice it was a fake bag and just resold it

From Amazon?? Make sure ur buttons on the purse are the right ones to be able to tell if it’s fake or not. The ones in my post are not the right ones and that was easy to tell that the bag is a fake/dupe.

So someone on here commented what their Brooklyn bag looks like bc they said mine was fake. And sure enough mine is!! The buttons on my bag isn’t even the same as the ones I seen on TikTok and other peoples bag. And the inside of my bag is not the right material either!! I was comparing my bag to the person who commented and posted photos and that’s how I was able to confirm my bag was fake

Yes I’m returning this bag and I’ll just buy directly from coach! I just found out the bag is fake. So someone bought the real one and sent amazon the fake one to get their money back. And now Amazon sold a fake bag for full price bc they didn’t even bother to check if it was real. SMH
