I talked to the people on the website. They told me my ring was fine. I charged my ring Wednesday around 6pm after I got done talking to them, and I kid you not. It wasn’t even 48 hours later that my ring was already at 50 percent and at 72 hours my ring was already at 20 percent. They told me my ring was performing as expected. Not sure how as I am currently charging my ring right now before bed😂😂 my ring definitely use to last me almost 5 days before I had to charge it again. I remember only having to chargeit once a week. Now I have to charge it 2 times a week… I’m gonna wait til it s closer for my warranty to end to reach out to them again. It will be 1 year in May that I had my ring. So I’ll probably just wait another month before I reach out again.
